Applying for housing online is quick and hassle-free. Simply fill out the application below as completely as possible. The information you provide helps your leasing consultant find a home that best meets your family's needs. Please note in order to be placed on the wait list, a copy of the service member's orders must accompany the online application. In addition, please review the list below for documents you can submit to get your application processed faster.
Once you have submitted your application a leasing consultant will contact you within one to two business days. (Please note if an application is submitted on the weekend it may take slightly longer.)

For Active Duty Service Members:

A referral from the Housing Referral Office (HRO) is required to complete the processing of your application. CLICK HERE to download the referral packet and complete the highlighted fields. The completed forms can be uploaded with your online Soaring Heights application or you may scan and email the forms along with a copy of your PSC orders to 49ces.ceih.housingreferral@us.af.mil.

Additional Information: If your dependent(s) is/are not included on your PCS orders, additional supporting documentation will be required such as: DEERS Verification of Dependents, marriage certificate, pregnancy verification with expected delivery date, 60-day prior to marriage letter signed by Commander or First Shirt, custody paperwork, etc.

Military Retirees must provide DD214 and Retirement LES with their application.

(There is a $30 fee per other eligible applicant for any person over the age of 18; a leasing consultant will contact you for payment information).
